Mid Autumn family get-together lunch

It’s Mid Autumn Festival, and happy Mid Autumn Festival to all of you. Today I went to grandma’s house for lunch. It’s not really get-together yet, it’s partially get-gether. Only during the Chinese New Year, then it’s the real get-together. Anyway, grandma cooked some nice dishes today and I want to share some photos with you guys.
Roasted duck meat that my grandma bought at Pulau Tikus’ market. It’s very oily but yet very delicious.
Roasted pork, or known as 烧肉 siu yok in Cantonese or sio bak in Hokkien. It’s my favourite! Also bought from the same stall in Pulau Tikus’ market.
This is the cooked yellow croaker 鱼鳔 (mandarin:yu2 biao3) with mushroom. I like!
Then , we got steam fish. I prefer fried fish than a steam one.
A plate of various vegetable cooked in Chinese style. Vegetable is good for health.
Lastly, grandma made a Thai style deserts. Mango and water chestnut cutlet in coconut milk. Simply delicious and she said it’s easy to make too.
