i would say some of their dishes is up to par. i recommand you “东风螺”, which stir fry in slices. which you hardly get it other places.

The most famous dish in this restaurant are not those above. Their “HONG SIU CHU SAU” (Braised Roasted Pork Trotter) is their famous dish which only available via reservation for dinner only.

The captain that work here are use to be KOMTAR’s closed down Super Tanker restaurant’s captain which is a pro in food recommendation.

oo.. I’ve heard bout this restaurant too. My ex-colleagues were suppose to have my farewell dinner there but then they change venue. This is due to they heard that they food quality hv deteriorate due to the chef which cook good food had resign.

But with your review, I must go try d. hehe

I’ve heard of this restaurant a lot too, but I’ve never been there yet:p
Black pepper fish fillet sounds interesting, usually it is the conventional sweet sour, spring onions and ginger, or the dried chilies, this must be a little spicy!:D

Ermmm…..I’m not up for the exotic dish of turtle though…fish will be fine:)
