Steam Egg with Milk

This is what mom has been busying with lately. Do and redo and redo. It’s a kind of dessert that you will find in Hong Kong, taste a bit like 双皮奶 (mandarin: shuang1 pi2 nai3, cantonese:sheong pei nai) but this homenade one, the taste of milk is not very strong. It’s steam egg with milk. It’s sweet. The first time when mom made it was not so smooth but there’s improvement right now.
This is now Chawan Mushi or Toufu. =)
