Usually only locals will go this place as it's at the other end of island, far away from George town. My penang colleagues (food lovers) swear by this stall, to them those at Gurney drive are sub-standard. Went there 3x, first 2 time (few days apart) I'm the only customer as it was very early. Soup was power, whole bowl full of fish. The third time is recently, went around 2pm and it was packed. Quality drops and I suspect they add water. So if there is chance for you to try this stall, go early before 12.
