If you do eat out at Prangin Mall, you will know about Home Recipe which located on the 3rd floor. I do visit it sometimes, after school for lunch or during the weekends. They have just revamped their service and menu lately.

Last time, there’s no need of a student card for a student discount. It’s always a 10 percent discount when you say you are a student from which school but now it’s different. A student is required to sign up for a Student Discount Card to entitled for the 10 percent discount.

The first time I went there to ask about student discount, the person told me that I have to pay RM10 to sign up for the card. I didn’t want to sign up at that time. On my second visit, I was in my school uniform with a couple of friend, the boss who I believe he was, came and took order from us, then he asked whether do us have the student card or not, we said no and he was so kind that gave 3 of us the student card for free.

So I guess you got the tip. Visit the restaurant in school uniform and request for a student card. Anyway, the food there are pretty good, a lot of choices and budget.
