Beside the old Police Headquarter in Penang Rd, there’s a mamak coffee shop that opens till midnight. Do you know the old Majestic Cinema? It’s where the coffee shop is. My friend took me there one night to eat supper and he ordered fried Maggi noodle (fried instant noodle) with egg for me. It’s fried in tomyam style, a bit spicy and very nice. If you got nothing to do at night, can go eat fried noodles there.

Map here.

Last week, my teacher took me to a coffee shop near Pulau Tikus for western food dinner. I saw this little western food stall a long time ago at the junction of Jalan Pasar and Solok Moulmein (Moulmein Close) in a coffee shop. It’s also can be said that it’s near to the Pulau Tikus Market.

The western food is only available at night and the little stall in the coffee shop is call Chef’s Delights.

It’s a good approach as I loves local western food. My teacher ordered for me a Chef’s Special Chicken Chop which is likely to be fried chicken fillet in batter. The best is the sauce, remember to ask for separate sauce so you can also deep some of your fries in it. Unfortunately, it’s not allow to ask for extra sauce, that’s what people have been telling me, you want more sauce, you pay.

Overall, it’s a nice food to eat and I think I’ll bring my parents there to try out too.

I don’t really eat ice cream a lot, doesn’t mean that I don’t eat or dislike ice cream, it’s just that I don’t always eat it. Last week, my teacher brought me to Haagen Daaz at Belissa Row. For so many years, I don’t remember when is the last time I went to there so I’ll just consider it as my new first time.

All the ice cream on the menu are over 20 bucks and don’t really know which is nice and what to order. It’s my teacher’s treat, but I don’t really want to order something expensive so I found not the cheapest one, the Brownie Chocolate Ice Cream, 2 scoops and come with a hot chocolate milk. One of the scooped I ordered is Chocolate Chips and another one is Tiramisu. It’s nice, like the tiramisu one because it has a little bit of alcohol in it and I can’t really finish the brownie because I was fulled that time.

Here’s another one that my teacher has ordered which is the banana splits with 3 scoops. There’s Belgium Chocolate, Vanilla and Macademia Nuts. I like the macademia nuts flavours, it’s nice and I like the chocolate one too.

My teacher was so playful to pour the chocolate milk on the plate, he said it’s nice. LOL

Haagen Daaz is expensive, anyway thanks Anthony, my teacher for the treats. I guess I’ll have to save on my allowance to visit Haagen Daaz again.

Yesterday, I was waiting for my friend to come to Prangin Mall to have my lunch with me, but then I was too hungry that time because I did not had any breakfast at home, so I bought something small to eat first before joining them for lunch.

Because that time I was in Starbucks Coffee with my one friend, so I bought some food in there. Browsing around, the only one that interest me is this Sherperd’s Pie when I saw it’s description with “Pie filled with Black Pepper Chicken and Mashed Potato”. Woah, chicken and mashed potato, it seems good to me.

Paid RM7.90 for the pie and it need to be reheat before serving. I gotto say that I love this, I love the mashed potato on the top and there’s a layer of chicken on the bottom. I like it, maybe it’s the first time I tried this. It’s a good one to me.

Back in Hong Kong few months ago, I manage to make a visit to one of the Starbucks Coffee. I prefer Starbucks Coffee over Coffee Bean for its nice ice blended coffee and latte too. In Malaysia, people tends to go to Starbucks Coffee to get on the free wifi Internet connection which doesn’t available at Coffee Bean.

Sadly, there isn’t any free Wifi connection provided by Hong Kong’s Starbuck Coffee. Surprisingly, you will not find any Coffee Bean there. It’s just Starbucks Coffee and Pacific Coffee.

During a visit to Repulse Bay, I dropped by at the Starbucks Coffee to buy some food for myself. I did not buy any hot coffee, since we were in the move, I got myself a bottled Frappuccino coffee. I got to say that this is a nice cool drink, you can’t find it in Malaysia, yet or never. I don’t know about it.

Oops, I have forgotten to take down the name of this roll. It’s like an egg roll wrapping with cheese and ham. It taste good, but a little a bit expensive for something that small. Though, it’s just EAT-FOR-FUN. HA!

One thing, Starbucks Coffee outlet in Hong Kong is not as much as we had in Kuala Lumpur.
