In conjunction with the Euro 2008 Cup that is happening in this month, I just saw the McDonald’s (Sunrise, Gurney Drive) that is near to my place has just installed a huge TV in its premise. I believe it’s most probably to be playing the sports channel. McDonald’s here is following the footstep of McD’s in Singapore which almost most of them have TVs in their store since the World Cup 2 years ago.

Now Mamak Stall/Nasi Kandar Restaurant has a fight as more and more McDonald’s are operating 24 hours. So which will you go in the midnight? Mamak Stall or McD’s? For me, I think I’ll go to McDonald’s because they got Wifi there and unlimited beverage refill. Hehe.

Just chant this in 4 seconds and you will get a free Big Mac. Of course, you need to buy any of the McValue Meal before joining the chant in 4 second contest. Well, I didn’t know about this at first. Last time I got a coupon that allow you to join the chant, but I threw it away because I got no idea what is it about. After checking out on the net, then I only knew that it’s something that give you freebies.

28th May is the last day that you can join the Big Mac Chant so be fast. I’ve already did mine a few days ago. I did it like in 3 seconds, I got a friend that can chant in less than 2 seconds, that’s really OMG.

On the net, people are recording video about them doing the Big Mac Chant, this will stand them a chance to win RM10,000. I should knew it earlier so I could have much time to prepare for the script, editing and voting. Though, don’t really mind right now as I already get my free Big Mac.

I was so lazy to go out to buy self a lunch. Mom and dad went out to meet their friends and I had to settle my lunch myself today. Looking into the drawer, I found no instant noodle. I had eat it all, and mom haven’t go to the shopping mall to refill it. I can’t skip lunch too else I will be too hungry and no energy to do my revision. Hehe.

I felt like eating McDonald’s so I took up the phone and called 1300-13-1300. I actually called before with my house telephone but the phone is so far away from me. The nearest was my handphone so I made a call with it, which eventually turn out I’m calling for the first time, again.

It was like 11.30am, I checked out the menu on McDonald’s website and I thought that breakfast was still on, so Big Breakfast came in my mind but thank god that breakfast was off at 11pm and so I changed my mind and ordered a Chicken McDeluxe. The reason behind of ordering Chicken McDeluxe because personally I prefer chicken than beef and I loves fried chicken by the way.

As for beef burger, the local road side Ramly burger still own3d all burgers in McDonald. I am serious.

Tell you what, my apartment to the nearest McDonald is just stone throw away. It’s like 10-15 walk and I can actually see the McDonald from my apartment’s balcony. However, due to busy-for-study and lazyness, I called for delivery. It took them approximately 20 minutes to do the delivering. Well, the guy was friendly enough to let me take a photo. Good job McDonald guy!

RM3 for delivery charge is expensive to me, wonder is there any fast food delivery is free?

By the way, do you like to order McDelivery or just drive yourself to McDonald’s?

Yoshinoya is a fast food chain selling Japanese beef bowl and some other Japanese food. I was first introduced by my brother few years back in Kuala Lumpur. There’s a few outlet in Kuala Lumpur but unfortunately none in Penang.

Yoshinoya

It’s pretty famous in Hong Kong. It’s always full housed there but I don’t see the crowds here in Malaysia. In Singapore, sometimes.

Beef Bowl

So many times of visit to Yoshinoya, I have never change my order before. Every time is the same famous Beef Bowl. It’s selling for about RM9 for a beef bowl and a soft drink while around RM15 for additional soup, a pudding and a salad.

Maybe during my next visit to Kuala Lumpur, I’ll order other food at Yoshinoya, but I miss the Beef Bowl! Wonder when will the first outlet to be open in Penang?
