Fish and Chips by Spring Cafe

Spring Cafe is a multi-cuisine cafe located at Fettes Park. Last weekend, mom took me there to have lunch and I ordered a Fish and Chips. What made it so special is the fish fillet is deep fried and quite crispy. It’s definitely different from what you had at the western food stall. Though, price wise is not very cheap, this is RM13.90.

Malay Food for Lunch in LOMOGRAPHY

I did not take my big DSLR out today and decided just to use only my mobile phone to shoot, and was playing with the toy camera app in my phone so all my food photos are in Lomography. Cool, I am in LOMO mood today.

Nothing much to intro about this place because I’ve written about it before. It’s the famous and delicious Malay food stall in Tanjung Tokong. People lives nearby knows about it and it’s really nice and I go there for lunch quite often, with dad and mom. Although I have been eating Malay food for quite some times in camp but Malay food outside and inside camp is so so much different. Inside the camp, it sucks (only good sometimes).

Yummy lunch. Because of LOMOGRAPHY, don’t bother about the colour, that’s arts! =)

Malay Food Stall at Tanjung Tokong

This is not a Nasi Kandar restaurant, it’s just a little food stall with various dishes for you to choose from located under a flat in a Malay neigbourhood in Tanjung Tokong area. Not sure whether you guys know this place or not, but it was my first time eating out at there and I saw many people go there for lunch too.

It’s my parents who brought me there for lunch. It’s like nasi kandar, just that it’s more Malay-ish. Open only during the lunch time, the Malay guy who manage the stall was very friendly to us. I like the friendlyness.

Curry fish head.

We have got ourselves five dish and three plate of rice for me and my parents. Overall, the lunch was pretty good and I like the chicken the most. The fish head was not bad, just a bit sad that it’s a little bit cold already, others were not bad, depends or which you like. I don’t really like the vegetable, I like ladies fingers more. =)
