This is not a normal tang yuan because my grandmother has added ginger while making the tang yuan. Do you like tang yuan? Frankly, I don’t really like. I’ve tried tang yuan with wasabi in it and it taste good. Hehe.
Tāngyuán is a Chinese food made from glutinous rice flour. Glutinous rice flour is mixed with a small amount of water to form balls and is then cooked and served in boiling water.
